Ingredients

Serves 4

320g Barilla Gluten Free Fusilli, or Penne RIgate
600g White button mushrooms
150ml Plant-based cream
40ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
20g Fresh parsley, chopped
20ml Soy sauce
1 Clove garlic
TIP Kosher salt and pepper, to taste

Method

Step 1

Start by scrubbing the mushrooms and slicing them into thin strips.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and add one clove of garlic. Let the garlic infuse in the oil for about a minute, then remove it from the pan and discard.
