Ingredients

| 1 pack | Barilla Penne |
| 2 jars | Barilla Basilico sauce |
| 370g | canned tuna, drained |
| 1 cup | sourdough breadcrumbs |
| 2 tsp | Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
| 2 | garlic cloves, crushed |
| 2 tsp | finely crushed parsley |
| 2 tsp | finely crushed basil |
| 1 | lemon rind, grated |
| Pepper | to taste |
| Rock salt | for pasta water |

Method
Step 1
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook Barilla Penne for around 11 minutes or just al dente.
Step 2
To make the pangrattato - Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add oil, breadcrumbs and garlic and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until golden brown and toasted. Stir in lemon and herbs and season to taste with sea salt and freshly ground pepper. Set aside.
Step 3
Drain pasta and return to saucepan. Stir in Barilla Basilico Sauce and drained tuna. Season to taste and heat through.
Step 4
Spoon into serving bowls and sprinkle with pangrattato and serve.
