| 1 | ripe mango |
| 2 | ripe tomatoes |
| 60g | black fish roe |
| 16 | watercress leaves |
| 40 ml | Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) |

Method
Step 1
Peel and cut the mango and oranges into pieces. Wash and quarter the tomatoes.
Step 2
Blend with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper, then strain it to obtain a smooth mixture.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until "al dente".
Step 4
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it in a bowl and add a drizzle of olive oil.
